The Equalizer

In April 2020, I watched The Equalizer for the first time on TV. It was released in 2014 and stars Denzel Washington. The heroin is Chloe Grace Moretz.
It follows Robert McCall who used to be a quite competent agent for a U.S. intelligence organ and is a regular customer at a dinner where he meets with a young whore named Alina. Then, when he knows about her plight, he decides to fight for her against the villains. The entertainment film is enjoyable but kind of serious.
Denzel Washington as McCall was 59 years old at the release. He was surprisingly agile for his age and had a substantial presence. In terms of the style of a killer, I prefer Keanu Reeves as John Wick, though.
Chloe Grace Moretz as Alina was really attractive and gave a wonderful act. I think that her performance is better than the performance of Jodie Foster who acted a young whore in Taxi Driver that I watched years ago. The impression might change if I watch the old movie now, though. I first watched Chloe in Greta. She then was kind of plump and really charming. She became famous after Kick Ass was released in 2010. I must watch it so that I can say that I am a big fan of her.
