The Equalizer 2

In October 2018, I watched The Equalizer 2 for the first time at Movix Kameari. At that time, I just wanted to first watch Denzel Washington on a big screen, who I have been a big fan of since I watched Malcom X on DVD years ago, so I was also happy that the action thriller movie entertained me that much.
In April 2020, I watched the prequel, The Equalizer, on TV. Then, in May 2020, I did The Equalizer 2 again on DVD. It was enjoyable as the last time.
The movie follows Robert McCall who is a former quite competent agent at a U.S. intelligence agency. He works as a taxi driver but eliminates the villains when he has recognized them and needs to. It is kind of serious yet entertaining like the prequel.
I was sad to watch some of the intelligence agents losing their morals after they have faithfully carried out the missions of eliminating their enemies. I also thought that it was hard to keep on doing the right thing.
Denzel Washington as McCall was agile as the prequel. He was 63 years old at the release. The action movie Death Wish was released in the same year and stars Bruce Willis whose age is the same as Washington. Both of them were over 60 but quite active. It is wonderful. By the way, Harrison Ford is 12 years older than them and stared in the adventure movie The Call of the Wild released in 2020. His physical strength is amazing for his age. I cannot help but giving up watching it due to Novel Coronavirus but I will watch it someday.
Bill Pullman appeared in it following the prequel. He had an innocent smile as usual.
