King Richard. An American biographical film. It depicts half the life of the father of tennis players, the Williams sisters.
Will Smith usually acts the
role of a handsome guy, however, he performed a middle-aged man in it and won
the Oscar for Best Actor in a leading role. I suspect that he, in fact, would
like to play a very human role like the one in this movie. I remember that he said
in a self-mocking way several years ago that he liked to play rap music but he could earn
money as an actor more. Although he is a superstar, yet he must have a lot of other things
that do not go the way he wants. He got angry at and smacked the host of the
2022 Academy Awards ceremony, Chris Tucker, who made a ridiculous joke about Smith's
wife. Smith was said that he slapped the cheek of Tucker in the internet even
though he seemed to do not the face but the chest no matter how many times I watched
the images. I believe that violence is wrong but I cannot tolerate the misinformation.
In the variety program, Sanma's
Improvement Committee for Comedians, Tomonori Jinnai got furious at Nagano
who jokingly insulted not only Jinnai but also the stage stuff of Jinnai's
comedy show. Jinnai chased him during the taping of the program, moreover, he jumped on top
of and yelled at Nagano, which came to an issue. He could not make the event like a comic
skit and was regarded as a violent man. Several days later he explained that he was like Will Smith who stood up for his wife and got angry.
